query when power is down, Please help ASAP
Dear Sir,
i have currently installed an evaluation version of Netflow at a customers site. After the installation it worked fine.. But my query is that my customer has switched off the power to the router temporarilly and when he switched it back on.. No graphs are displayed... it says the netflow packets are 0 and there is no packets being transfered to the router.. All the commands that i have typed into the router are still present. Please help me to rectify this issue..
