Query to reproduce Graph on 'Global Tab'
I am trying to reproduce the graph on the 'Global Tab' by getting the raw data out to support it.
So the information I am trying to extract is:
- Cases created by day/date
- Closed cases by day/date
- Overdue cases by day/date
I would like to get this for the entire system and then to be able to get this for specific criteria (technician/category/group).
The query assistance would be greatly appreciated.
