Query report from request with SLA time and time elasped
Hi,
I need to query from SDP with these columns:
1- request id
2- requester name
3- request create time
4- requester department
5- technician
6- request title
7- time spent in hrs
8- time elapsed in hrs
9- overdue status
10- SLA resolution time base on hrs
11- Total time spent in hrs
12- Total time elapsed in hrs
13- Total count request
