Query Report: due date change
Dears,
I need a report that shows me the tickets that they due dates changed by technicians:- changed by system should be excluded
- convert to template should be excluded
- required fields: ticketID, requester, group, subject, technician (that changed the due dates),previous due date time, current due date time
