I want to get requests that status is "pending approval" and create time is more than 10 days or two weeks ago. I want to get a report every week without a change query. I want to have a query report with these columns:

• Request ID
  
• Requester ID
  
• Subject
  
• Created Time
  
• Approval Status
  
• Request Status
  
• Approvers
