Query Regarding Number of Calls Logged
Hi,
If 5 calls are logged separately within the SDP system and are then merged into one single call
- Does the total number of calls reported to be logged total 5?
- When they are merged into 1 call and then closed, does this just report the 1 of the 5 calls are closed?
