Query regarding desktop discovery in OpManager
Hi,
The desktops in my network get discovered very well. But the problem is some desktops show an IP address under the device details instead of host names, whereas the remaining have their host names mentioned under device details. Please let me know as to how I should get the host names discovered for these machines automatically.
Please help me at the earliest.
