We have plans to purchase Service Desk plus software however we have few queries on the same.

 

1.  Barcode Scanning Software - Is there an option to integrate Service desk plus software to any third party barcode scanning software (for Asset tracking/management)

 

2. LDAP Authetication - Can this tool be integrated with IBM lotus notes mail?
