Hello,
I want to enroll new devices into ME MDM using a QR code. However, I don’t want the server or the Android tablet to be connected to the internet (or at least only the tablet to be connected to internet). On the other hand, the device needs to be in owner mode, because I want to use kiosk mode.

For this reason, I perform a factory reset on the tablet and try to scan the QR code. But here’s the issue:

• If connect the tablet to internet, the device cannot retrieve the profile settings from the internal server.

• If connect the tablet to internal network Wi-Fi, it shows an error saying "Could not connect to internet" and does not proceed with the setup.
