I have large volumes of ServiceDesk Plus tickets that are created via ADAudit Plus when accounts are locked out. I'd like to be able to trigger a script to fill in the necessary fields that fulfill our ticket closure rules and close those as they occur. I'm new to APIs but I have some Python and PowerShell scripting experience.

What would it take to populate the fields as shown in the attachment and close tickets via trigger?
