Hi,

We're using supportcenter plus 7, and we'd like to do a cleanup of the database after a couple years.

We have a couple technicians that left, and we would like to remove old contacts, those technicians and all the requests attached to either old contacts or technicians that don't work here anymore.

Is there an automated way to do that?

Lessay I delete a contact, will that delete the requests initiated by said contact?
