Purge only the Job title, Mobile and Phone fields from all users on ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus, free Standard

We are using the ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus, free Standard - Version 10.5 Build 10510, and we need to purge only the Job title, Mobile and Phone fields from all users (requesters and technicians).

How can we do that ?
