Purchase Totals
Hello,
We are currently using Service Desk roduct and with some success. We have encountered an issue regarding purchases. When more than one item is included with a single purchase, the total is not often accurate.
Any help with this matter will be greatly appreciated as we are unable to use this facility with confidence.
