1. Technician should be able to copy the Purchase request details into the Purchase Order instead of re-entering all the information.

2. Purchase Order Template to be modifiable (currently the purchase order item is not modifiable, we should be able to add our own formulas e.g. Tax calculation amount at item level)

3. Should be able to email the requestor with a copy of the Purchase Order
