Purchase Order - Approval + Approved
Hi,
I am using Version 5 of ManageEngine ServiceDesk plus. I have created a Purchase order and saved.
I tried to send this PO for Approval by clicking on "Submit for Approval". It only opened another window where i have to specify the email address of the person whose approval we need.
Now my question is whose email address should come here i.e. a requestor email address or Technicians Email address.
I tried with both the options but whenever i click on the link which comes via email to either requestor/technician, it always give me page stating "Your are not authorized to view this page".
What to do now?
Please provide help on this.
