Good evening everyone,

Quick question for anyone who might have a process created, or knows better how ServiceDesk works. 

We've started working with the PO side of ServiceDesk and we're trying to figure out how ServiceDesk alerts the purchaser when an PO has been approved.  Is this an automatic process?  or are we going to have to manually alert someone to purchase when an PO is approved?
