We've been using OpManager for several years and are now interested in getting Support Center. In that regard my colleague sent the inquiry below to your sales dept. on Dec 3, but still hasn't gotten a response.
Could someone please answer the question.

I am interested in purchasing the Service Desk Plus - Professional Edition Multi-Language software package with the robotech add-in, however when I go to your site I can only find the annual subscriptions, I would like to know how I can just purchase the software.
