Providing access to the application - notification by status

I have a question from a user who is interested in such a feature:
In the created application there is a function "Grant access to the application" so he wants the Statuses for this application to come in the same way to them who have been granted access.
I ask you to tell me if there is such a notification by e-mail or not for certain reasons.
