Have tasks only viewable by groups or by technician. Currently all groups can see tasks and close them even if not assigned to them.

 

Have Roles associated to Groups. This would allow for technician to be part of different groups with specific roles for each group. This would allow for more secure requests transfer between technicians in different groups.
