I have a feature request that would push the value of the existing solution database to a new level: propose solution as-you-type.

 

Means, when a user is adding a new request, while he/she is typing, SD+ searches the solution database for matching keywords from subject & body. Then it will propose the results to the user, so he probably does not even need to open the ticket!
