Does time billed to a task on a project or a task get applied to contract billing? It doesn't seem to but I wanted to confirm.  Seems the time sheet shows project and task time but then there is no way to report on it.  Time spent reports don't match time sheets and clients want details of not only time spent on requests but also time spent on projects and other tasks not tied to requests.
