Prohibited software list help
I had once configured a certain software to be on the prohibited list and as such, removed automatically. We changed our mind and will now allow this software, but even though I have removed it from the prohibited list, it's still being removed within 30 seconds of being installed.
I emptied the prohibited list, added that one software back and excluded it. Tried stopping and restarting the service from the ManageEngine server, but it continues to remove this application.
The application is OpenOffice 4.1. I'm sure it will be something little that I'm overlooking, but I need some assistance in finding it.
