In short, we aim to establish an allow list to permit only approved software while blocking any unauthorized programs. Our goal is to enable users to request the inclusion of software in the allow list through ServiceNow. We intend to integrate this process in a streamlined manner, ensuring automation. Once a request is approved, the software will be permitted and added to the approved list.
