Hello,

I cannot update profiles anymore on windows laptop. Profiles status stayed "in progress" even if the device is connected and online (in Wifi or Wired)  : 

I also tried to delete profile but i got this error "Failed 404 : Delete"

Any ideas ? Thanks.
