Product list isn't available when a contact is entered

Product list isn't available when a contact is entered

When filling out a new request, if I enter a Contact, my Product List is empty (without a Contact entered, the Product list is fully populated).

This problem first occured when I applied Build 5031. I upgraded today to Build 5032, but the problem persists.

Any help would be appreciated.
