1. Can someone tell me the footprint of the agents and how many processes and/or services are installed on the client machines for asset mgmt, remote control and software delivery?
2. If I needed to run a report to compare last year assets to this year is there a canned report or query to do this and if we happen to upgrade the software to a new release will it change the creation date of those assets to the upgrade date or will it retain its original date?
3. Does your remote control module have the ability to record user activity with little resource consumption?
