Product Dropdown not populating even though the system has
Hi,
When I started SupportDesk, I decided to remove all products and product types while logged in as administrator, once all were removed I added new products and product types, I have about 3 of each.
Now when the end user logs into the portal to submit a request when they click they dropdown menu for product nothing is returned. Any ideas?
Also, is there any way I could open the database using Enterprise Manager or MySQL?
