Product/Documentation feedback
The documentation is difficult at best to find anything. Downloaded the .zip, the .pdf hangs about 2/3 through so I cannot get it downloaded. Really unimpressed at this point. Unless I can get this thing figured out and running and working the way "it is supposed to" in the next few days, my recommendation on this product will be don't buy. We are only trying to demo it and it has taken 2 weeks and MUCH frustration to get to this point and it isn't even completely setup yet. And from the looks of your documentation this isn't going to be very easy to get going, and this is only on OpManager. How difficult is the rest of your software.
