Process Monitor problem

Hi,

I have observed the following problem with process monitoring:

When a process fails and need an IT analist intervention by restarting the process or the aplication, the event and the monitor remains showing the process down alarm and not collecting data. To clear this alarm and to monitor back to collect the performance data it's necessary to remove the monitor and add a new one.

It seems that when the process restart with a new ID number (and according the support the process is monitored by his name) the monitor do not recognize the new ID.

So, I have 2 problems... I have a false condition of a process fault that was already solved and I lost the historical performance data associated to that monitor.

How can I solve this problem in OpManager?
