I am trying to use OpManger to monitor a number of processes on multiple servers. I need to make sure a specific number of each process is running. I have figured out how to set an alert to go off if it drops below a certain number, or goes above, but not both.

In other words, if I want to be running 3 instances of "bob.exe" (for example), I can set an alert if it is running 2 or fewer, or I can set an alert for 4 or more. But, I want to be alerted to either situation.

 

As a less important side question; Is there a way to monitor the processes regardless of case? using the same example as above, the first process runs as "BOB.EXE" and the other two run as "bob.exe". Right now I have to create two separate alerts for these situations, and I would prefer one alert for a number of reasons if possible.
