Procedure to Migrate SQL 2005 to MySQL?

We have been trialling OpMangaer v7502 on Win2K3 R2 and a SQL 2005 database.

We have now purchased an OpManager enterprise subscription license and I have built a new W2K3 R2 server, downloaded the new v8 install, and will be installing fresh on the new server.

Due some ongoing problems we have had with the SQL 2005 backend, I have decided to run a dedicated server for Op Manager and Netflow analyser, and use the built in MySQL engine instead.

I would like to retain all existing monitoring data from the old installation. Do you have a procedure for migrating a SQL database from an old installation across to a new MySQL install?
