Recently we have a requirement to use the Windows Domain Agent for certain domains we want to manage.  Is there a procedure on how to use/setup Windows Domain Agent resources?  

I don't understand if I need to put the agent on each domain controller.  If I do, it creates separate resources for every domain controller which isn't how a domain works and is just wrong.  It appears as though the Windows agent and the Windows Domain agent work identically with the exception of the Domain Agent not automatically importing all the user accounts.
