We have trouble when we add new solutions in our solution base in Servicedesk Plus 8.0.0. The layout of the solution can look good, but as soon as we save our solution, the end result of the layout is different than tha preview was.

This is especially a problem regarding double lines between lines/paragrafs, even though this has not been selected in the preview text we make before we save the solution.

Also when adding paragrafs either with dots or numbers, it will reformat it at random points, and make the solution look almost chaotic...

We use the following versions of the application and web browsers:

My version: 8.0.0 build 8016

I see that the latest version is 8.0 build 8017, so it shouldnt be a version problem atleast...

Web browser: IE 9.0.8112.

 

Even if i edit the solution in MS Word 2010 with the absolutely correct format that i want, and paste it in a new solution, and the solution preview looks nice, when i save the solution the text often gets rearranged or made chaotic in one or another way... Even coulor changes i make to the text in MS Word, can be manipulated in som way when i paste it in my solution, and my end result is different from what i expect.

 

What kind of internal editor is used when making new solutions in Servicedesk?
