Problems with ServiceDesk web client
Greetings,
I have the ServiceDesk package installed on a Windows XP Professional workstation. I can access ServiceDesk from this computer but I cannot pull up the web client from any other computer. I get the generic 'page not found' error.
The computer has a static IP address and I added the IP address to the public URL field (and was able to test it successfully).
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
