problems with Reports
Hi
I am running reports to gather information about all jobs logged in a month, I have set the criteria to filter all jobs and what dates it needs to look for.
There is a discrepency between the total number of jobs in the helpdesk and the total number I get after adding up totals for each month, surely these should be the same? Is there something I am doing wrong?
