Problems with remote control.
Hello, I'm having a few issues with the remote control feature. I cannot connect to any computer for one of two reasons. The first is when the viewer opens but says "Waiting for Presenter" and never loads. The second won't open the viewer, but when I go back to the remote control section it says "
Remote Control Port is not reachable from the client computer." under remarks.
