Problems With Remote Control

I just want to
make
several questions,
since I have
several problems with the
remote connection tools
.
I have still more than half of computers running Windows XP and give me problems are:
1. When I try to connect to the remote connection tool gives me an error "Connection refused". And I do not show option to find what is wrong. I tried to send the log files, but are too big, above 24MB at .zip file and the page does not answer me when trying to upload these files.
2. After having installed the agent how to local office desktop, does not allow move PCs to remote office with the option type "Direct connection".
3. After upgraded to version Central Desktop 7.0.224 and 7.0.230 I cannot use the Shift or Alt key in Remote Connections and I cannot enter the password robust into the client sessions. As I can use special keys or enter special characters if the majority of passwords I use are robust?
