PROBLEMS WITH PURCHASE ORDER APPROVALS VERSION 7

Hey Guys,
Anyone experience any problems with the PO process in servicedesk plus 7? We submit the PO for approval to someone, but when they open the PO it doesnt give them the optio to approve, just submit for approval?????
