problems with opmanager 11400 and servicedesk 9029
hi i have a problem with the interaction betwen service desk an opmanager
first in the 9028 version of the service desk system opmanager system could synchronize without any problem, in 9029 the op upgrade manager asks a domain to connect . to register the domain the system does not accept second in version 11300 of opmanager is could create within notification profiles for the service desk ticket now trying to create the profile settings of mail requests even if the mail this already configured third at the service desk syncing events and creating automated ticket created by opmanager is slow and takes almost 30 minutes even though the specifications you put that synchronization is , for me immediately have been tested connectivity and no problems connectivity on my network so I assume that the synchronization has some internal bug please his help with the solution of these events in future upgrades in advance thank you very much software is great
