problems with notification rules
having a slight problem with trying to create a notification rule for
'Notifying a technician when a note added'
subject
$Technician. Ticket ID: $RequestId, note added.
description
$Technician
Ticket ID: $RequestId. A note has been added by $NoteMadeBy at $NoteTime.

in both subject & description, the $Technician query does not work, stays blank, all the other $ works. for what I need. I have created other notifications which all run fine.
Is this a bug or has my settings gone awry?
