Problems with Juniper J router J2320
Hi,
I am having a problem to add the Juniper J2320, the equipment can be ping and ssh, however cannot discover the equipment.
The SNMP credentials are fine as the router is manageable from Opmanager with the same credentials.
When I try to add it manually, it says the equipment is already added in the inventory.
But the latter does not appear in the inventory.
I have already tried to restart the Device Expert services as well as the MysqlnT process with no luck.
I have been importing cisco firewalls, switches successfully it is just the Juniper that causing the problem.
