problems with italian characters - addictionally
Hi,
we are writing to you because we installed Service Desk Plus on trial and when we personalize the language to italian we have strange characters displayed on it.

Ticket per Priorit��
Could you help us?

In addiction we are using Linux SUSE 10 and Service Desk Plus version 7.5.0
