We are testing ADselfService Plus now and we have a problem that is a showstopper.

We use IE11 as our standard browser. When a user enroll and is filling out the secret questions, they might take some time to decide the questions and answers. When they are finished, they press “Update” and get an answer from the adselfservice web server saying “Sorry, the page could not be found”

If they are fast (Less than 25 seconds) it works and get there secret questions sett.

I have also tested to log on to “My Info”, wait 25 second, then press “Change Password” and get the same problem “Sorry, the page could not be found”. For me it seems like a timout/session problem.

Have tested this with Google Chrome and we have no problems there, so it’s a IE 11 problem.

The ADselfService web server runs with SSL and SSO. (also tried different ports, but same problem)

Is this a IE 11/Java/Tomcat problem?
