Problems with Customizing Templates in Notification Rules
I am in...
Notification Rules > Technician Notifications > Customize templates > E-mail technician on creation of new request (the problem occurs with all templates though)
In the Message box I click the 'Insert Web Link' button and type in the URL of a website. After clicking the 'Ok' button, the address (or anything for that matter) is not displayed in the message box.
Anybody else had this problem or is there a fix for this problem?
