Problems with configuring Multiple Thresholds

Normally the way we configure multiple thresholds is by doing it at the template level. For some reason we are not able to modify the thresholds for Windows Server 2000 and Windows Server 2003 devices as the only monitor that can be configured this way for those two types of templates is Disk Utilization, everything else (CPU Utilization, Memory Utilization and Partition details thresholds) cannot be mass configured, but have to be configured one at a time. Something that is incredibly tedious and time consuming as we have many devices. Is anyone else having this issue or know how to fix it?
