Problems with Business Rules in localized version

Problems with Business Rules in localized version

Hi!

After setting Russian language it's not possible to create Business Rules. There are no options to choose (see rus.jpg), while in English all works fine (see eng.jpg).

We are usung 7.0.0 Build 7018.
