Trying to scan our Apple computers, and I tried both scanning from the Workstation being entered into the system and also the network scan. However, they both show this error:

 

Connection to RPC server in the workstation failed.

Troubleshoot

 

Which is pointing at the Windows Firewall in your troubleshooting steps.
