Problems Right Off From The Start

I installed OpManager 7 today on my test server that is running Server 2003 Standard Edition, SP 1.

I logged on locally as the local machine admin that has FULL RIGHTS to the machine.

I installed and everything seemed to install normally.

Now, when I try to go in and execute the application, it won't start. Finally, I get the error:

'OpManager is already using the WebServer port XXXX'

I read through and saw that I needed to go in and run the ChangeWebServerPort.bat. I did that, still got the same problem. Then I tried to run the StartOpManagerServer.bat and it appears to run. I then try the StartOpManagerClient.bat, try to log in with 'admin' and the default password and I get

'Please check whether the server is running'

I go check my services to see if any of the OpManager services are listed and there is nothing there, even though I told it to install as a Windows Service.

I tried uninstalling and rebooting and then reinstalling and that didn't help.

Can anyone suggest anything else that I can try??
