problems removing computer from SOM
Hello All. I am having a problem removing several computers that are no longer active on the network, either dead, moved or retired.
My problem has to do with when I go into SOM (scope of management) to remove the PC. I check it then move up to the drop down list and select remove computer but it will not remove them. It tells me that the client is still installed and to uninstall the client first. The problem is the computers are not accessible nor in a state where they can be powered on. How do I resolve this issue.
