Problems in Time Elapsed

Hello all
 
I have a big problem in my SC.
 
I have some request status that are with selection (stop clock). When I close the request, the SC is calculating all workd hours and not considering the stop in the clock.
 
How can we solve this issue?
 
I have to send the SLA report to customer and I can´t with wrong information.
